Towards smart suites for numerical data science

Project team Lacodam (Inria Rennes - Bretagne Atlantique) -

Scientific data repositories such as Data-Planet or Kaggle report thousands of datasets and billions of numerical data points covering a wide range of domains such as economics, life sciences, astronomy, among others. While statistical models and methods for data analytics abound in the literature, data science still relies heavily on the scientist's intuition and manual methods.
