Guilhem de Robillard

Guilhem de Robillard was appointed Deputy CEO for Administration on May 16, 2025.

 

After training as a general engineer (École polytechnique 2000) and then specializing in aeronautics (Isae-Supaéro 2002), Guilhem de Robillard joined the French armed forces as a weapons engineer. At the Service Industriel de l'Aéronautique from 2002 to 2007, then attached to the DGA (Direction Générale pour l'Armement) and responsible for industrial-level maintenance of French Navy aircraft, he worked in particular on the Atlantique 2 and Hawkeye aircraft. He then joined the budget department of the French Ministry of Economy and Finance, where he remained until 2012.

Called to Prime Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault's cabinet as armament technical advisor (2012-2013), Guilhem de Robillard held the position of deputy director in the Ministry of Defense's central site support department between 2014 and 2018. This period was marked by the project to consolidate and relocate the Ministry of Defense's central administration to the new Balard site (Paris 15th).

He then joined the Ministry of Higher Education and Research's financial affairs department as deputy director of the Mires budget (interministerial mission for research and higher education), before being appointed head of the DGRI's SPFCO (department for performance, funding and contractualization with research organizations) in 2022. He joins Inria on May 16, 2025 as Deputy CEO for Administration.
