An ePublishing workshop from W3C France

W3C France is organising a series of workshops dedicated to new web publishing technologies, the first of which will take place on 16-17 September at the Pompidou Centre in Paris. It will focus on the whole production workflow and on issues specifically related to the publication of printed documents on the web.

The goal of this W3C Workshop is to bring together major players, including publishers, standardisation organisations, technology developers, booksellers, accessibility organisations and others as needed to identify areas where work is needed to make the Open Web Platform suitable for commercial publishing, especially in print, all the way from authoring through to delivering the printed product.

The event is free but registration is required. To take part, simply submit a position paper .
