Sylvie Inizan has been appointed director of human resources effective 1 November 2014.

Sylvie Inizan joined Inria's team in September 2013 to oversee Activity Monitoring for General Management; since 11 August 2014 she has also served as interim director of human resources.

Initially trained in administration and management, she holds a PhD in communications.

She has spent her career in institutions of higher education and research, serving as assistant secretary general with the Comité National d’Evaluation de la Recherche (CNER) and later as secretary general for nine years at the Observatoire des Sciences et des Techniques (OST) before joining Inria.
