Bandit Exploration for Treatment Allocation in Phase III Trials with K>2 arms

BETA-3K seeks to develop new adaptive designs for phase III clinical trials with K>2 arms, based on ideas from the literature on pure exploration in bandit models. We will put in perspective the existing family of designs based on an optimal allocation and combine them with different type of tests, both theoretically and through extensive simulations on realistic benchmarks.
